Taxes: Items delivered to an address within the State of Florida are subject to a 6% sales tax. Items delivered to an address within Clay County, Florida are subject to an additional 1% county option sales tax. All other sales within the United States are not taxed. For international sales it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any applicable sales tax.

Shipping: Free shipping is available on many items with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Any item advertised to have free shipping is contingent upon delivery within the continental United States. Normal shipping methods are USPS for individual items for domestic delivery, and UPS for bulk purchses and international delivery. Rush orders are not available for stock purchases, and must be stipulated for custom orders at time of purchase.

Refunds and Returns: If you receive an item that is damaged or improperly manufactured, notify us at customerservice@vkpromotions.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will send you a replacement product and a pre-paid package to return the defective item.
